It's 1:20 am

It's 1:20 am and I need to be in the bed. I have been taking over the counter sleeping pills for the last 2 1/2 months about 5-6 times a week. The seem to have lost some of their effectiveness. This is most disturbing because I need to sleep at night and I really need to be up more during the day. I can't sleep, lose weight, concentrate on my school work and I think I am starting to lose my patience with some of the family. What's worse is that I don't enjoy my hobby much any more. It has become more work than fun.

What do to. WHAT TO DO!
