Okay Barack!

Since you have won the election, don't screw things up! I sincerely hope that all of your constituents voted for you for the right reasons. If you do screw things up, don't forget to keep your head down. Hell, just keep your head down anyway.

Sarah's got style

It is a toss up whether SNL and Tina Fey's portrayal of Sarah Palin is hurting of helping the McCain campaign. I can tell you one thing, Sarah has style. She is a forty-something person (just like me); full of energy and wants to see change. I think that Sarah would be a great assist to the American political system.

You GO GIRL!!!

GO VOTE!!

I did my civic duty this past Saturday. It doesn't really matter who you vote for. The important issue is that you go vote.

VOTE!!

VOTE!!

VOTE like your future depends on it. IT DOES!!

Hey California!!!!

If you live in California, vote YES to PROP 8!

If you don't live in California, you better research Proposition 8. If it passes in California, your state will be the next to work on the bill. Do your research. VOTE!

PT Pain

It has been six weeks since I had my shoulder surgery. The doctor is happy with my progress. Physical therapy seems to be going good too. They say I am doing very well for six weeks post-op. My PT success may be due to the fact that I take Percocet and Flexiril before each treatment. I am glad they are happy.

I came home from PT yesterday and without hours I started getting a really bad headache. So bad that I had to take additional Percocet to get rid of it. I believe it is tension because it seemed to start at the back of my skull and work forward through my brain. I don't know if it was the result of my therapy or something else. I will have to talk to them tomorrow and see what they think.

Well, today, right now, I am starting to get another headache. I have taken something light for it and see how it goes. Maybe it will not be as bad as last night.

Are you looking for ET?

One of the coolest things I have been involved with is the project known as SETI@home. I am looking for ET by downloading collected radio data from the SETI Institute. My computer processes the data looking for signals from ET.

Don't get this confused with little green men. This is REAL science. Below are my stats. If you want to participate, you can find more information at SETI@Home
